  • Hi,

I'm new to Pigsback, and have just collected enough points for a CD Wow voucher. I was a bit confused to get a validation code sent by text, as I thought I had read it would be by e-mail. Now I'm even more confused because I can't use this code on CD Wow- it isn't in the correct format.
I'm probably just being thick, but could someone please enlighten me as to what happens next? Do I get an e-mail and then have to use the validation code in some way?

Any help on this would be much appreciated! I was so excited to get my first free CD, and now I can't find out how to do it!

Hi there, Yes you will get an email with a voucher code contained in that and this is what you need to use for CD Wow. I've had 2 free CDs now without any problems whatsoever, the email did take about 2 days to arrive on both occasions.
