I'm new to pigsback and have built up a collection of 500 points.

Can anyone help me to claim my rewards (spend some points). When I go to the "Spend my piggypoints" section I can see a list of things I can buy with my points but there doesn't appear to be a mechanism to select them. Is there something I should tick somewhere?

I don't see anything. I thought this might be a firewall problem, but I have played with my settings and I still can't see what I need to click on to select a reward.

I have tried Internet Explorer and Firefox and I can't select rewards on both of them.

If I click SELECT ITEMS at the bottom of the list it just seems to refresh the page.

Any help or thoughts would be much appreciated.
This might be a bit obvious, but are you trying to select things that cost over 500 points (or however many you've got)? Maybe that's why you can't select them?

Alternatively, if you've been registered less than 10 days, that might be another reason.

yes, go to 'My PIggypoints' in the top right hand side of the screen, type in your password and you'll see a list of all the points and where they came from.
