I have finally got enough piggy points to claim a voucher so ordered a £10 boots voucher today.
Personal note time:
AF seems to be heading off on here merry way now, i am making a note of when she appears in my diary, she started Monday.
I am quite happy its happened so soon though but i swear its making me more broody.
I was at a family party for Nicks Uncle on Sunday and spent the whole afternoon with my 3 year old niece playing and comforting her when she was getting tired and its just made me realise how much i really want a child even more. I was quite upset when i got home, Nick still says i am too young but i think mid twenties is a good age as i can still have a life when older then.
Its making me more determined to earn the money for a house for us and a baby. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Added £5.96 to ISA today from some cashbackkings money received. Hoping to add a bit more this weekend too.
I have decided not to move my ISA for now, i can't be bothered with the hassle as its linked to my HSBC current account so easy to deposit into it.
I got my dooyoo voucher today from last week so ordered a DVD boxset for OH for Christmas, sadly Quanti has stopped doing Amazon cashback at the moment but went through Ipoints so should get 150 ipoints from that.
I am feeling a little less emotional now which is good and its Friday tomorrow yippee. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Hey!
I think mid-twenties is a good age tooWhen does your OH want to start trying?
Im the same with my ISA interest has gone down low but its easy to transfer as the same bank too.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
It depends one day its now but most of the time its in 5 years or so
I am hoping once we have our own house he might change his mind a bit as we will have more room then and we both agree we don't want a child in our current house. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Yay its Friday night and i have nothing planned for this weekend apart from lazing about and maybe some money making.
I withdrew £20.90 from scratchcards today so that will get put in ISA next week and i put £22 in it today to round it up to £600,
Paid off my credit card today too (£98.20 for Nicks insurance upgrade for when he brought the RAV last month so not counting it as my debt but he doesn't have a card) as Nick gave me same cash as normal but bills don't need paying until next week so just took it as £150 off the debt he owes me anyway. He now owes me £110. though which i should get back next month (i sold some of his games on eBay and kept money otherwise would have been £130).
Should have at least £710 in ISA by by first week of December as a lot of cashback to comeNow a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
I am in a good mood today as won my first ever £5 on the free scratchcards, hopes it the first of many
I have also just withdrawn £46.02 from cashback kings so that will go in ISA once received.
I am having one of those i wish OH was contributing days though, to be fair most of the money i have put in ISA is free cash from cashback/scratchcards/surveys but he hasn't given me anything substantial yet for it.
He has just brought a car and he should have paid off his stepdad by new year and i can get him saving then i hope, he just always seems to have some excuse, he was moaning at me yesterday that he pays too much out as it is, he earns more than me but smokes and drinks a lot more than i do so thats where it all goes.
I worked out he could save £5k a year if he quit smoking but i know he won't.Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
:j :j :j well done on all the vouchers, cashback and winnings!!!:D0

Well it was pay day today so my cupboards are full of lovely food now again
I paid back the payday loan today too that i took out for cashback, hoping that pays out next month.
The scratch cards paid out today so put that in ISA along with my £10 from the tax man. Expecting my cashbackkings cash Thursday.
I am a bit annoyed today though as my phone has decided to break on me, the screen is damaged. Its up for renewal in 3 weeks and i wasn't going to get a new phone was just going to take a credit of at least £100 but now i need to claim on my insurance and pay a £25 excess so will only make £75 even if i don't upgrade now.
I am not sure whether i should just upgrade now anyway and try to keep the phone for the next 3 weeks but i don't think i can last that long. Might take a day or two to think about it. Just annoying as can't text at moment or see all of screen.
EDIT: Just had a look on eBay and can make about £40 selling the faulty phone so will defo have a think. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
The house deposit signature has been updated today as cashbackkings money hit account and had some ISA interest too.
I got my £50 Qype voucher today too so happy with that!
I am hoping to hit £1000 mark in ISA before Christmas.
I have decided i am just going to upgrade my phone in a few weeks, borrowed one of my Dad for now, going to try put old one on eBay tomorrow night if i remember. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
