Installing a combi gas boiler system? Costs?

Exactly! Basically, we want an energy-efficient gas combi boiler. We are thinking of maybe waiting til next summer - there might be better deals on boilers as it's not a period of high demand. Has anyone found this? Never having looked at boilers before, I don't know if they do summer sales!

Some boilers are reduced in the summer months, but not by much. Do the change now and start saving. £50.00 saved next summer wont compensate for what you would use over this coming winter, as well as possibly higher fitting costs.

Well I've checked and the thing in the bathroom is definitely a water heater not a radiator heater/central heating boiler. It's a chaffoteaux and maury britony IIT. So we would need a combi system putting in....The old,yellowy thing in the bedroom upstairs must be the boiler - it looks like it's from the 70s!!
