They are a device with a pump, and presumably a heater, which circulates molten chocolate round a fountain, so that you can dip fruit and things in like a fondue. They had a couple at a trade fair I was at earlier in the year, and each one had someone constantly in attendance. This is why I wonder how practical they are, how impossible they are to clean, and whether you have to spend more than they cost on chocolate each time you fill them. Get your chocolate from somewhere like Lidl! Can anyone give a report about actually using them?Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

With these, you need to pre-melt the chocolate (e.g. in the microwave) and add quite a lot of vegetable oil to it to keep the chocolate liquid. I know 'normal' chocolate bars have quite a high vegetable fat content anyway, but I don't really fancy the idea of dipping sweets in veggie oil! _pale_0
