Dates on eggs / how long do they keep for?

    found at back of fridge only brought recent so quite shortdated would you use as whole pack 6.

    I guess on farmw hen eggs come out of en they have no use by date wonder when farmers consider them unsafe.

    Im pretty sure ok but wnat reassurance as dont fancy food poisening.

    will do fittatta and make pastry of ok.

    whats the float test out in 3water see if they float or sink.

    I wouldn't worry too much about 2 days over..

    If you're concerned then crack them separately and chuck any that smell rotten.

    I use eggs well past their date pretty often and never been ill.You could break each one into a cup first,sniff to check then put it into your container-no mistaking a rotten egg,and they're only a bit over anyway,I'll bet they will be fine.

    ive used them after the date theyve always been fine
