Funny Wig, you've came up with that conclusion from posts that give no indication of my understanding of law. Those posts we're just an observation of you.
That leads me to be unsure whether you're just deluded or have a general poor understanding of others points of view. Which would fit a character that is unable to form their own opinions.0 -

At the end of the day I think your view is unreasonable, and you obviously think my view is unreasonable. The only way to resolve such an issue is to ask the company to issue a no cost refund to the customer and if that does not work then a court can decide what is reasonable. That is what the courts are there for.
You are implying that I think the retailer are in the right. The truth is that I don't, but if I dare to say anything negative about another retailer there are people on MSE who start accusing me of using propoganda against my competition.
If it were to go to court then I think that the court would find against the retailer. So as I said the OP should speak to the manager who will most likely make an exception. They will then probably change the photo to stop future confusion.0
