Hi
What sort of budget do you have?
Also are you thinking of in England or overseas?0 -
Take a look at Warner Hotels-not totally full of 'older people', and they have deals on www.lastminute.com
Alton towers spa hotel.
Hoar Cross Hall, Staffs.
??Seaham Hall (its called something like that).
Centre parcs do some apartments with jaccuzis in etc0 -
hi guys
thanks for the replys, budget at present can be anything as aint going till november so abit of time to get some overtime in and save the pennys, i was looking at center parcs exclusive thing but i dont think i was looking at spending £1000 or so lol.
Ideally in the UK as its just a short break, i was just looking at Griffon Forest and it seems okay has hot tub, double jacuzzi bath etc etc, 4 days for £360 reminds me of centerparcs just less expensive. Anyone been there? reviews seem positive0 -
Cameron House, Loch Lomond, (Scotland) it's a Devere Hotel and is stunning.
I viewed it last week, it has been refurbished this year and around £40 million has been spent, it is stunning. I hadn't been for a couple of years and was amazed at the difference, beautiful hotel in a beautiful location:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j

Hi
Try harthillhall.com we went last year in November and it was very nice. All the cottages have their own private hot tub plus you get private time in the pool complex. They even provide a dinner service should you not want to cook. Chatsworth House is just down the road, go in November and its dressed for Christmas (looks stunning). Watch out for deals from Harthill Hall on ebay. We got a cottage for 3 nights with champagne on arrival plus tickets for Chatsworth for £180!0 -
Calcot manor in the Cotswolds is supposed to be nice, but no idea on price, sorry.0

I went to Griffon Forest 7 years ago as a surprise for my hubbys 30th ( Infact our youngest was made there !! ) We stayed in a gardners lodge and it was lovely and romantic and that was before the lodges had the jacuzzis. In the heart of the forest but about 10 mins drive away from York.
We recommended it to our friends last xmas for their 10 year wedding anniversary and they loved every minute of it0 -
Pennyhill Park, near Bagshot, Surrey is gorgeous! It's where Nell McAndrew and Dale Winton had their 'wedding', and the England rugby team have a training ground there. It has a nine hole golf course, fishing lake, spa and gym and lovely restaurant.
We stayed in a themed room and managed to get it half price through Lastminute, but I haven't seen it on there for a while.
Was going to post a link to it for you, but my puter has gone haywire! Will try again later!
Edit: here it is!If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.0 -

Fantastic hotel and soooooo Romantic.. all period furnishings, staff in period costume.. the Grand Feature Room is stunning, some of them have roll top baths and hidden bathrooms behind bookcases! I have stayed twice. Whilst there you could do a medieval banquet which is great fun!
