    I think you've really hit the jackpot here. You've sold your property at the peak of the market at a pre crash price basically and now you can sit back and take your time over buying another one. They'll be plenty of nice houses available over the next two years. It's not even costing you much as rental yields are so low at the moment.

    Theres an issue with the deeds . Might take months to sort out . So we are going into rented and just look around . might be another bargain out theres soon !!
