Why don't you just buy it? You obviously like it, can afford it will not get into negative equity....for the sake of possibly saving a bit more which you or may not get...however you will probably, egged on by everyone on here, hold the developer to ransom because he 'done you wrong'. Get over it and move on like you have to do - out of your flat.

    Thankyou , good words

Thanks for your words , it has put things into perspective

Dont think it will be Repo`d , as 10 out of the 12 will be exchanging contracts very soon etc

It is a lovely house . 10 / 20k , with a chance of loosing it ? Think your right

Im ex Forces and have a decent pension , so money is OK
Now that sounds to me like a decision is being made??? ;)

Plus think of the good Karma you will get. Could be your sale is The Deal to save the developer...and the staff who work for him....another small business that may not go bust??

I just wanted to say that what things are 'Worth' don't always have £££ price tags.

Good luck....hope the flat completes...your buyer could be pottering around another forum like this right now? Only kidding

    Well done dj. Great result.

I wonder in what year it will next sell for as much as £320K?

And these days you can search the land registry to find out.

Blimey, you got a result there! Must be a load off your mind.
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.
