Why don't you just buy it? You obviously like it, can afford it will not get into negative equity....for the sake of possibly saving a bit more which you or may not get...however you will probably, egged on by everyone on here, hold the developer to ransom because he 'done you wrong'. Get over it and move on like you have to do - out of your flat.

We have just exchanged on our flat . Bought it November 2006 £295K , Sold it for £320K
