Yes you can print them off and fill them in manually. This what I did but remember to use black ink.
Regarding your creditors' addresses.... this is the kind of question I would contact the AIB helpline about and they will advise you how to proceed to ensure all your creditors are included in your bankruptcy/

hi i've just went to autotrader site and i've overestimated car's worth as they have couple of cars exactly like mine for just under 1000 so i guess if its hp or a loan (more inclined to think its a loan from what i've been reading on other threads as i cant give it back) it will not be an issue on the LILA br route?

btw eternal what was the other form you received about, form no 17 or was that on the 17th?! thanks

Form 17 is sent out to you after the AIB receive and review your initial application form. It basically covers info you've already provided in the afore mentioned application....i.e.you have to sign that the information re. assets, income etc is true....I suppose it can be used by the AIB if they were to find out that you had had lied about these issues. Once you get Form 17 and return it to the AIB your bankruptcy being awarded is pretty much guaranteed.

called nat debtline this morning and they advised to check glass's car price guide and also it appears the car is not on hp but a car loan, so i own it.

glass's website advises 5 diff values of car depending on trade-in (good cond to below aver), dealer or private sale. there is about 1700 diff in values 1200 - 2890 and i wouldn't know which one the aib would use and anyway the lowest is 1200 but given that in a couple of months it would come down if i could find out which valuation aib would use it might help.

this is the only thing that is stopping me from the lila route to br, does anyone know if i can solve this? i was just waiting for the car to be taken away as that was what the debt co wrote on their letter. seems not to be true.

while waiting for this car to depreciate i cant afford to tax it or insure it never mind fuel. surely i'll get into trouble from police?

I'm going through the same thing at the moment. I cant afford to run my car and it is also a loan so I have decided to just hand it back to the bank and they have agreed with this.

I am still going down the lila road too and it is a bit of a nightmare but its the only way i can see myself getting out of the mess i,m in. Dont have any spare cash at the end of the month so cant make a debt management plan at all.

All scary stuff but main thing is that you arent on your own and this site is great for advice and chatting to others in the same position

    Keep smiling
