    My earlier posts were about the privacy and moral issues of tracking staff, the lack of trust.

    However if someone is clearly just ripping the company off continually from not putting in the hours, clearly they can't be trusted.

    I regularly work 10-12 hour days.

    Employer to employee and vice versa should be about trust.

    i understand what u are saying,,but i did say previously" i do my calls & my work",,when iv done that then i go home,,or what do u want me to do sit around doing nothing watching the clock to strike 5,,,also if im home at 4,45 & then i get called out i attend & mite not get home till 6-7 & dont bother booking the the overtime as its swings n roundabouts
    anyway feel like were going of track here abit,,so if theres as anws to the the Q then thanks
