How you mean tracked? Via a GPS as you are travelling.

Turn it off or remove the battery if you want to ensure you can't be tracked.

And if you turn it off when at work or tamper with it, expect to be handed your P45.

Give two fingers to the boss. Go on all out strike with your workmates.
Peel back your baby's eyelid to find no nationality or religious identity mark there. Peer at your baby's eyes for them to reflect back just people-throw away your flags and religious symbols...

If someone was going to track me at work, I'd not work for them. But then I'm the director, so I have the luxury of knowing it'll never happen, and I'd never bring in such a ridiculous scheme. If you don't trust your employees you shouldn't employ them in the first place. Just my personal opinion.
  • Wrap it in tinfoil? Or bring it up that tracking employees undermines mutual trust between employer and employee, and take everything they say from now on with a massive pinch of salt.

As already said, expect to be handed your P45.

If you have nothing to hide then keep it on, surely if you turn it off they could call you on a mobile

Sounds like the type of scheme a local authority would bring in.
It totally undermines employee trust and confidence and gets people's backs up.

Not sure how to get round it but I have to agree with other posters on it being a ridiculous idea and a great way to destroy any staff morale.
