Turn it off?0

How you mean tracked? Via a GPS as you are travelling.
Turn it off or remove the battery if you want to ensure you can't be tracked.0 -
Do some work instead?0

And if you turn it off when at work or tamper with it, expect to be handed your P45.0

Give two fingers to the boss. Go on all out strike with your workmates.Peel back your baby's eyelid to find no nationality or religious identity mark there. Peer at your baby's eyes for them to reflect back just people-throw away your flags and religious symbols...0

If someone was going to track me at work, I'd not work for them. But then I'm the director, so I have the luxury of knowing it'll never happen, and I'd never bring in such a ridiculous scheme. If you don't trust your employees you shouldn't employ them in the first place. Just my personal opinion.0

Wrap it in tinfoil? Or bring it up that tracking employees undermines mutual trust between employer and employee, and take everything they say from now on with a massive pinch of salt.
As already said, expect to be handed your P45.Russia is HERE0 -
looks like a non winning solution,,,turning it off is to obvious plus have to keep it on to recieve jobs/calls....
have been doing the job for 10 yrs no complaints in all that time,,,the way its worked is do ur calls/jobs ans ur fone no problem ,they turn blind eye if u go home early....looks like if gona be tracked just aswell go work for nother company & get paid more £ to get tracked...0 -
If you have nothing to hide then keep it on, surely if you turn it off they could call you on a mobile0

Sounds like the type of scheme a local authority would bring in.
It totally undermines employee trust and confidence and gets people's backs up.
Not sure how to get round it but I have to agree with other posters on it being a ridiculous idea and a great way to destroy any staff morale.
Keen photographer with sales in the UK and abroad.
Willing to offer advice on camera equipment and photography if i can!0
