went into hb on the moor in sheffield on friday and the shelves were packed to busting with some fab stuff. buffy video box set for 99p, chocolate making kits for 3.99, little britain dolls, mowbray teddies (i got a christmas one for 1.49, price on the tag was 7.49, and they also had love ones, 18th and 21st ones for 99p), lots of barbie and the magic of pegasus dolls and my little pony (2.99 i think they were).

They also had world cup monopoly, chocolate fountains, ty beanie buddies for 2.99, absolute tons of stuff. i found it very difficult to walk through and not stock up for my nephews and nieces for christmas!! Hoping that hey have some good bargains in there at the end of the month!!!

Clearasil complete £1.49 instead of £3.50 - loads of clearasill products dead cheap!

Milky bar buttons - 10p and fruit pastells 15p

Potatoe heads 10p and a multi bag of walkers lites for 80p

Loads of gifts sets for xmas - reasonably priced!!!
  • Home bargains opened by us only a few weeks ago. Went in today for the first time and had to say i was extremley impressed. Makes a change for a store to sell stuff you actually want cheaply rather than the stuff no other store really wants to stock!!! beats Poundland land and others in this bracket hands down!!! We even have "the original £2 store" this is a great shop sells all the poundland stuff for twice the price!!!!!

Thanks, Northern people, for telling us about those lovely bargains. So, Southerners, where are the equivalent places down here?
