  • I also bought the guitar for £9.99 from the home bargains store in hartlepool, then went back and bought the little britain dolls for only £3.99 each, seen these going for over £20 in clintoncards so a real bargain there.

In my local Quality Save, nice wall clocks for £2.99 - blue target design (bit like the Lambretta logo). These are ideal as a gift for a boys bedroom or even as a funky kitchen clock. They look very similar to the rocket design ones they had last year - really good quality and accurate.

HB in Burnley has a motion activated Wallace & Gromit garden ornament - Curse of The Were Rabbit style (when activated, it plays 1 of 6 different Wallace phrases) although I think it will look great in my hallway! It is £4.99 (RRP £20+)
cheers (or should I say cheese?)

will have to look out for the cookies for my Christmas food hamper

has anyone seen any nice Christmas puddings out yet?

Home Bargains in Leek, Staffs have large christmas puddings for 99p each. They are walkers in make and are best before sometime in 2008.

    They have the guitars too.
