Well I got absolutely no flying done yesterday whatsoever, so, today I need to catch up on Thursdays and Fridays :eek: :eek: , and the kids are off school so, its going to be a challenge.

Anyway, will let you all know later how i get on.

Soappie yes I agree re ketchup, glass bottles very time please!

Toad in the hole last night went down well, it was all eaten and all the veg as well!!

The dimmer light switch has broken in my living room last night, so trying to get someone in who knows about these things to fix it!

Going to have a major fly tomorrow, and when that is done then I am doing to power wash the patio!

Thick fog here this morning, I hope it clear.

No work today - or rather none of the paid variety! I'm just wasting time here because I'm tired. DS1 wasn't very well during the night, so came down to tuck him up on the sofa and then it took me ages to get back to sleep.

Off to do the washing up, then clean the cloakroom and bathroom.

I also need to go downtown to get some cash for DD and DS1, as the EMA is still not being paid, and also need to get some petrol. I was going to do that straight from the sdchool run, but the ringroad was solid with traffic.

I tried to get the little bean smilies to work, but failed - anyone who's good at that care to pm me idiot proof instructions??:D

Mixer - I have a magimix which my mother gave me, and I'm really bad at using it. My mother had a Kenwood and used it regularly for years, one of the original white ones. I mostly use a Kenwood mini chef hand held mixer which was an 18th birthday present from my then boyfriend. The mixer lasted much, much longer than he did! Tiramisu - yum. Must try that.

Greenbee love your new avatar and have you gone smiley mad you are right of course it does take soooooooooo much longer to add them in! I had to skip over your recipes as they were tooooo tempting and I cant cook such fancy dishes and shouldnt make them either (diabetic!!:mad: :mad: ) But I know where to come when I need inspiration!!!
