  • Hi, not sure if I am allowed to post this, I have just received in an email but it is such a worthwhile cause that I thought it worth passing on - I have checked the link and it is legit - you can copy and paste if you don't like clicking on links, again, hope no-one minds and please delete if I am not allowed. Thanks guys,

I have a favour to ask, it only takes a minute....

Y Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on 'donating a mammogram' for free (pink window in the middle).

This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

AGAIN PLEASE TELL 10 FRIENDS TO TELL 10 MORE...
    Thanks for posting, DF.
I used to 'click' regularly when I was working, but lost the link. I've now signed up for the email reminder.
  • Evening all!

I can't believe how clean my house is! Normally by this time of the week it's a right state and I just think - Ill do it on the weekend! But not this week - it's in pretty good shape and I seem to be cleaning as a go, which is very unlike me!!!!

Today I've cleaned my bathroom, even did the skirting boards!

I really need to do some exercise, I just can't really be bothered!

    Hello!

Toots - welcome back - pleased to hear things went okay for you.

Liuhut - good luck with the interview tomorrow.

Rach - I used to play the tenor horn as well!

I've made a start on tomorrow's list already as DS decided to wet the bed this morning - only problem was he was in my bed not his own!

Just loaded the TD and WM as I've realised tonight that DS has worn all his school trousers and school jumpers this week so he's got no uniform for tomorrow!

Kaat - I haven't forgotten you - the book wasn't where I thought it was - but it's now ready to send to you so I'll probably post it on Saturday.

Valli - have you got anything special planned for tomorrow?

Well done to mudbath for the dog inspection and exam, pigpen for doing her assignment, rach for the walk and anyone else I've missed.

Hugs to all those who are sicky or just feeling down.

    Evening ladies and gent,

Well my short nap turned into 3 hours - woke up with a sore throat and the start of a headache, so obviously something is running me down at the moment. I did have a really tough morning of supply, flitting between 2 Year 6 classes, the first of which was a bit of a nightmare, the second, I had to really properly teach, creating the learning intention (not on the plan), success criteria (what they need to do to achieve the learning intention) and also modelling a piece of writing, completely off the cuff! I'm in the same two classes again tomorrow morning, and following on the English with them. Not looking forward to it really.

Anyway, off to bed now to watch Katie and Peter - it makes me smile.

Take care everyone, and hugs to everyone who's had tough day. Night all!

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Yey, managed to get a few more things done.

Arranged MOT for car next monday.

Took DD's birthday pressie laptop back to shop. They didn't believe me that there is a glitch with Asus 701 4G, until they rang their technical support who said 'ummm yep, there's a glitch with these particular laptop's they will not connect to wifi.' DUH.

So that is now sent off to be fixed, not happy Asus obviously know there's a problem, means my DD cannot use her own lappy and has to keep useing mine.

Oh yes, nearly forgot, been to my weigh in tonight and dah daaaaahhhhhhh
