    i peeked at tomorrows list i am so glad it's kids rooms day.

    Ds2's room didn't get done last week and it's a state.

    Off to sort out tomorrows list.

    Greenbee - big hugs - hope your family find their feet again.

    Rach - hugs hun - I've done the BIG commuting bit many times and it really does wear you down. It's a slow, insidious, creeping thing. You think you're coping but you're not actually. After a while every long journey gets harder and harder and harder and you end up worn down. Is there anyway you and DH can move closer to your work places - or perhaps find new jobs closer to your home?

    Wednesday Wishes- those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
    Make an appointment for some ME-time.. hairdressers? manicure? night out with friends? .. whatever just do it!
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor
    Dusting.. all those shelves and flat fluffy surfaces!! Don’t forget the light shade and curtain pole!!!
    Strip beds, turn and vacuum mattresses!! and replace with fresh linen .. check if duvets need freshening up too!!
    Level Three
    Clean 2 windows
    Wipe any sticky marks off walls and doors
    Extra Task List
    HHI

    This is the list I'm leaving for the boys - they are on holiday/study leave and their rooms are such a tip that I can't be bothered with them!

    Wednesday Wishes- those frightening kids rooms and spare rooms
    Level One
    Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, books etc
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor

    Organise to get broken window fixed
    One load of washing on line, in and folded, put away
    Take DS4 up town for a haircut and to buy new shoes.

  • Hi, hope everyone's day has gone ok - had a bit of a busy day this pm so can't catch up - but have definitely kept up - even with the horrible stairs!!!! See you all tomorrow!

    Tuesday Tidiness- Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    [strike]Vacuum floors and sofas [/strike]
    Level 2
    [strike]clDusting, even if around everything [/strike][strike]
    Remove utter making sure stairs especially are safe
    Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets[/strike]

    HHI
    Level 3
    [strike]Wipe and water plants[/strike]did that yesterday
    [strike]Clear the top of a cupboard or the mantle and give it a thorough clean and put back only what is supposed to be there. [/strike][strike]
    Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself[/strike]
    Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    1. [strike]Clean windows & any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc [/strike]
    2. [strike]Wipe down any paintwork that needs it. [/strike]
    3. [strike]Binbag dance.. Get a binbag.. fill it and bin it!!! Get rid of those hideous things!![/strike]
    4. Wash any cushions, [strike]throws[/strike] or curtains that need it.. Do you need your thick winter curtains up yet?
    Plus did hotspot in hall with hats etc and took bag into Oxfam as part of declutter (and got £5 voucher)
