No,I meant how was it not "as described" on Baggy2shoes?
  • Well they definately didn't describe them as poor quality, bad value for money and liable to fall apart after 10 hours of wear! Lol!

But they did describe them as Boots, which they are.
They are faulty, not "not as described"
  • Can you provide a link to the boots you purchased?

    How much did you pay?

What did you use them for?

The SOGA is all about relativity, for example if you used a pair of high heels to walk 10hours in a mountain then it would be unreasonable to complain

If you spent £100 on hiking boots and the same happened you would have a justified complaint

Cant find the seller on ebay anymore, have you given us the correct seller name?
Just wanted to check thier returnd policy and status (private or business)
  • The sellers name is chestnut661, their shop is Baggy2Shoes, there is the same boot different size on there, item number 280268734638
  • Depending on the type of use I dont think you have a leg to stand on

There very cheap faux leather boots

If you have had 10 hours of saying heavy walking on them or out in nightclubs/bars and on them a lot then its probably not beyond the realms they would be ruined so soon

A pair of plastic boots, never mind the fancy term "faux leather". Retail price according to the seller is £12. Presumably you paid less. You're lucky they lasted so long!
