Baggy2Shoes on ebay - Never Again!

I highly recommend never buying from this ebay shop! I bought a new pair of boots for a special weekend away in Scotland, I wore them no more than 5 times for a couple of hours at a time before the heel fell off! After explaining this via several emails to the shop I was told very impolitely that they Wouldn't (not couldn't) do anything as it was over 7 days since I bought them! I mentioned the sale of goods act and after no joy stated that if that was their final stance I would ensure that none of my ebay friends bought from them again, to which all I had in response was an Extremely Rude email. I was appalled at their attitude!!!

How rude were Baggy2shoes (Might as well tell..)0

well, firstly they phrased their emails like I was a complete moron, and then when I mentioned the sale of goods act they got very defensive and after I mentioned advising my friends never to shop there they resonded with a quite childish:
WELL THAT SUITS ME!
which I found extremely professional! Lol!0 -

How long ago did you buy the shoes from Baggy2shoes0
-
I bought them 3 weeks ago.
No I haven't made a complaint because I thought ebay could only investigate payment issues and such like.0 -
I wouldn't mind but I had left positive feedback because they seemed ok when they arrived!0

You could complain under the 'item not as described' clause... although not sure if 3 weeks is too long... always worth a try though...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

On your my ebay page, where the item is listed under 'item's I've won' there is a click down box (where you check out and leave feedback) if you click down on this to 'report item not recieved' it takes you to a dispute console where you can claim the item is 'significantly not as described'A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
