don't know if anyone is that bothered but last monday i gave him his final warning that the next time he's late with payment or if its not a full payment then he has a weeks notice to vacate.
Most of you will prob think i'm being soft and i prob am and i should have got rid over 2 months ago and tbh its getting to me that he's at my home but i kinda feel that i can't throw him out without this last chance.
One of his colleagues is !!!!ed of at him coz he owes them money which he kinda just takes as water of a ducks back.
It just astounds me how little he cares about money oweing etc
anyway rent day is monday so we shall see

the time has come and i asked him to leave today after he didn't pay me on time again, i have now asked him to leave which led to an arguement in where he was trying to make out i was being unfair but i held my ground and now he is to go by end of next monday.
I have done the following
1) blocked his sky box from purchasing things
2) taken the phone of the hook to stop 0900 calls being left
any other ideas? i'm a bit anxious but i suffer anxiety anyway so its not surprising
