I'd love to be able to do this myself too. I've got Photoshop - just haven't a clue how to use it!!! Any help would be greatly received. xxx
• Never used these before (seem a bit expensive!) I think Paint Shop Pro costs roughly £90 but i bought my Dad the same version I have from Amazon for £40.00 - not bad for what its used for.

I create personal images (for desktops, screensavers, icons, msn skins, mouse mats, t-shirt transfers), cards, invitations, wrapping paper, tags etc so if anyone is interested please give me a shout.

Would love to help out xxx

hi lilmoi, does paint shop pro enable you to do these effects on your own photo`s. i have a 2yr old little girl and i`d love to turn some of her photo`s into fairy pics with fairytale backgrounds, although i dont like it when they give them funny eyes, but i love the wings etc. x

• Im not sure what the effect is called on photoshop but on psp you can overlay images onto one another and erase out the parts you dont want to see creating a sort of blend.

I'll post an example when i figure out how to! lol

its pretty simple once you get used to it - i'm willing to give instructions should it be of help to anyone :) xx

Edit - hope this works and i'm not logging everyone in as me! not exactly imposing an image but an example of a blend - i made this desktop wallpaper for my sister who is a big Ting Tings fan.

In Paintshop pro you can do this kind of thing yes. However the programs are normally quite expensive to buy. You can get free trials etc but can also be tricky to use as a beginner.

We are doing the one for Dora, we have the pictures so when it is finished Maybe Dora would be happy to share it with everyone :)

I'm wanting to do something with pictures of my godson and my boyfriend's god daughters for Christmas - very much like the ideas on Enhance me. I love them and feel it would be so much more special if i could do it myself for them. I've got Photoshop Elements 5.0. xxx

I would love it if you were able to post instructions for this type of thing. I can do the very basics in photoshop but thats about all!
• Good Morning - I'm not sure about photoshop but hopefully its similar to paint shop pro.

quick guide -

you'll need two or more images to be open, Edit & Copy one image and Paste as New Layer onto the other image (As above i have no knowledge of photoshop so this may make no sense!)

Using the layer tool you can chnage the opacity of the newly pasted image, change this to 50% so you can see the other image coming through.

Using the Eraser tool rub out any parts of the image you dont want to be seen - you'll have to zoom in and chnage to a low setting in order to get really close cut.

When you are done change the opacity back to 100% and hopefully it will have worked out!

I'm useless with instructions so hopefully this will have made some sense! :D
