Hi Folks, I have managed to get all my tasks done tonight, apart from the dooyoo review, what a surprise.

I have updated my signature. I have also put down my £20 challenge. The figure in brackets is the number of days the £20 has lasted. I have spent £5.72 so far on none essiential stuff.

Lets see how long I can keep it going.

    Hi Everybody,

Bowski - Thanks, and yes I am getting excited about my debts going below £18K. Hopefully this month I can get more payed off than normal, with the matched betting kicking off.

Anyway, I had a good weekend at my girlfriends. Got back last night. The weather driving back was terrible. The last 30 mins of the journey I was travelling at 50 mph up the A1, as the rain was that hard.

Anyway back to the grindstone and work today. I hope everybody had a good bank holiday weekend.

Here is my list of jobs for today.

    [STRIKE]1) Scratchcards[/STRIKE] - Completed
[STRIKE]2) Piggy Points and mutual points[/STRIKE] - Completed
    [STRIKE]3) Re-activate amazon books[/STRIKE] - Completed
    4) Complete at least 1 survey

As usual, if I think of anything else, I will add it to the list

  • As usual MF I am amazed at your energy in listing all your tasks and getting them done! I am brilliant at making lists, but that is as far as it goes!

Well done on almost reaching your under £18 K milestone.

  • Morning all,

Well I had a lazy night last night, I was too tired to do much, so I did not managed to get all of my list done.

I will need to do some ironing tonight.

  • Hi everyone,

I have not had chance to post over the last few days, been really busy in and out of work. Unfortunately I am in work now as I type this. As I had to go in for some overtime. I suppose I should think of the money, but I like having my weekends.

Anyway my girlfriend came up to see me yesterday as a surprise. She went home this morning before I came to work. Good job I am a tidy bloke and the house was clean. :rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway, for the first time for as long as I can remember, I did not achieve my NSD target last month. I managed 11 out of 12. I have been spending £5 here and £5 there, so the end of last month and the begining of this month have not been a good start.

However, I have made a bit of money on the matched betting. But I need to get back on track ASAP.

I will post a proper update later on and I need to set some targets for Sept.

    Take care

    HI MF

Don't beat youself up for not meeting the goal - just think, if you didn't have the target you would probably have had no NSDs.

Think of the progress and get yourself back on track

Lovely of your GF to surprise you - you are lucky that you are tidy - my flat is never guest ready!

Hope you manage to get some of your Sunday back for yourself.

  • Hi Urg,

Thanks for the comments, I guess you are right.

On a positive note I made about £91 on matched betting on friday and about another £5 yesterday on reloads. Oh and I sold another book, so have to dispatch that tommorow.
