No interest payments for me this month as my money is with Icesave
That's £50-ish I've lost out on so far - not a happy bunny!
Just £2.30 from surveys today. someone offered £10 for something I have on ebay... it's listed for £13 so I think I'm going to hold tight for 24 hours to see if anyone pay the full price for it.0 -
Ooh, can we count interest payments? I debated it and then decided against it but then thought I'd really like to be able to count in the interest payments from anything except ISA and quit smoking accounts. The ISA interest can't be withdrawn as it's part of my longterm savings plan for my housefund and the cig savings is already earmarked for DD's wedding fund. I'm off to see what difference this makes to my total. :T :j
Edited in: I've now added my interest payment earned from my stoozepot since starting this challenge exactly one month ago today. It hasn't made all that much of a difference, as I'm a small time stoozer becoming even smaller time as interest rates drop, but it has brought me up to the £10 per day average that I was convinced I could never attain!I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

i've just added another £23.88 from matched betting
i'll have another £46ish in the next few days
a friend from work took the strider that i've been too lazy to advertise off my hands today! i asked for £20 for it, but she gave me £30i'll pay it into the bank and will add that to my total in the next couple of days.
i've decided not to add interest payments to my total because i don't really see it as extra money - it's money that would have been there anyway, even if i wasn't doing this challenge. i may change my mind if my saving loses momentum though!! lol0 -
Hi everyone,
I haven't been around for a while. I hope you are all well and managing to get your money together. I have made my £1000, used it to pay off a debt and so now I'm starting again.
I'm hoping that this next £1000 will end up being my emergency fund...not sure if I'll manage it before Christmas though.0 -

Well its been a while since I've posted and here's the reason why I have managed to get 109 yes 109 items listed on ebay (as i have a full time job & a 4 year old this is a real achievement, go me ) I will report back and let you know how much when the items finnish.
I've also taken a massive punt on the stockmarket, I work for a bank that's tipped to be massively underpriced so this could make me £1k before Xmas ( or lose it but we'll see ) so I'm keeping a tight eye on the shareprice
For those questioning A & L on Quidco I opened an account haven't lodged to it or anything but have been paid the £50 so for everyone else go for it an easy £50
Call my oil provider and they owed me £361 decided to cash it in as the oil has now reduced in price.
Quidco has been busy for me too I've done Lovefilm, Yes car ins, A & L and some online shopping so I'll update my totals in a little while
I've got £50 extra this month in my pay £40 is a pay increase and £10 is from the lovely Gordon Brown
So all in all things are going well but I have been sooo busy
On the up side Xmas all sorted had 30 people to buy & Santa to do, so now just have to sort cards & wrappingBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -
Had a really good week selling this week but think I need to have a rest for next week lol as it takes a lot of time listing and wrapping especially since I think I have sold 20 things in 5 days.
Done wonders for my total lol :T
Have a 3 day weekend coming up after tomorrow, so will probably go back on this and find more things to list, once I have piled them up to sell I can't wait to unload them and get rid of them out of the house lol...:o
Will aim to get to 500 before 50 days then"Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without!!"Nov NSD: ?/30 Nov Make 10 Day ?/300Get Rid Of Debt: ?/2000 !! :mad:0
