    Hiya guys,

Been a busy beaver selling things lately. Seem to have at least two auctions selling each day min recently and all that wrapping lol, had to stock up on tape etc today, cheap stuff lol...just as good really...

Two people have hit the 1000 mark thats awesome :T

I am looking forward to hitting the 400 mark lol, are we having a 40 day check in? Or could stretch it to the 50 half way check in? ;) I think halfway would be quite interesting.

I think there's been 3 people to hit 1000 Zoe, I know someone did it before me (sorry I can't remember who). I keep getting excited thinking about how much extra money we'll have made as a group by the end of the challenge!
On a go slow here as have a million things to do before my brother's wedding on Friday and no time to make any dosh! One of my scratchcards is getting nearish to paying out, oh and I need to check PB too!

I always think its cos my books are all self improvement/help books?
and the kind of people who buy books on green met are the kind of people who buy self help books. if you see what I mean?

I don't mean that offensively since I bought all the books in the first place and use Green met!

:rotfl: thats a good point actually, think I remember reading a thread in the eBay board, that self help books seem to do well on amazon. My books are all popular lit :S

Hmm maybe Ill have a scour of the charity shops for self help books, see if I can sell them on greenmet!

Been following you all but I've been focussing on sorting out my budget for next yrs £4000 challenge as this week's priority. Have now sold 1 ebay item and have a £3.31 profit:D . And picked up 5p at the weekend too.
OH had just given me £100 very unexpectedly (I have spend time sercuring him various big rebates in things) so have transfered that to my savings pot.
I have more to ebay but I think they will do better a little later in the autumn so will wait a month maybe.
Many congrats to those who have hit £1000!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
  • Well done to those who have hit £1000 already! How many days into this challenge are we?

I've just updated my total and have a few more things left to sell, including a new nintendo wii (but they don't seem to be selling for very much at the minute). also have 28 items on ebay ending at the weekend but only 4 have bids so far.

    Afternoon all,
Have just done my quidco enquiry about the A&L account because it didnt track at all when i did it. They instantly put the £50 into my account so now im all excited!!:j but not at the same time because it has to be investigated first so its pending, i hope they see i did it all correctly and i get to keep it! :o:D

Well done everyone! Wow! 3 with £1000 so far! I'm jealous of the online sales as I haven't managed to get bids on anything yet. In fact, hardly anyone has even looked at the items. I think I'll agree with the '50 day, halfway' checkpoint so I have another 3 weeks to try to catch up :D

A 50 day check list would be great! I'm still ebaying with limited enthusiasm, but I have just sold another two items totalling 31.55, so I'm up to 415.25now. I listed quite a bit on the free 99p listing over the weekend a quite a few have watchers, so I've got my fingers crossed...

Well done everyone and congrats to all who have reached £1k already :T

I have added a whole 2p to my total today :o :rotfl: Not doing well and I think I've mucked up the survey I could have got £13 for - You only get 1 chance to click on the link and my comp crashed while filling in this weeks bit :(

I managed to do absolutely no eBaying at the weekend. Had a kitchen declutter/clean/sort out session instead - much better for my health and wellbeing (and hopefully the GC too) but didn't really help this challenge. How do you all find stuff to eBay?
