Well, I have finally managed to list my 5 items on Ebay, not very well and now I can't seem to edit the bits I want (like the title, any ideas?) but at least it's done. I HATE it!
Does anyone know how much it would cost to list something BIN? And would I have to pay for both ie BIN and auction if I list it both ways? Thanks for your help. I just hope I make some money now! :D

  • Ooh, just sold my 4th book on amazon: profit will be 75p:j . I too am awaiting my M&S voucher. Nearly there with some ebay listing, but kitchen scales have died and need to get more for accurate postage quotes. Have enough nectar points to get new ones without laying out cash.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Today I had a free voucher for an energy smoothie which was great and a free £5 for Jackpotjoy but unfortunately there was no joy as I have just played it all and won nothing - ah well it was free - maybe I should've just withdrawn it straight away but where's the fun in that??? Am awaiting an email from a student about some more proofreading so hopefully will have that to add to my total before the weekend - I think an update on total will be a great inspiration to keep going. We have done 2 mystery meals this week and spent £19.32 but we will get paid £46 so when that goes in I will add the difference. Have another one tomorrow and a tesco visit on Sunday which will bring in a bit more money. If nothing else it is 3 meals I haven't had to make or pay for this week!
On a sadder note my new electricity bill arrived today and the hikes are massive but I am on the lookout for a better deal so watch this space...

I like your idea of putting a list together to keep track nykmedia! I find myself looking at my total wondering how it got to so much...

    Here's mine:

    £11 tweezers sold eBay
    £10 mami eid present
    £250 loan repaid to me

Have also listed loads of things on fleabay today, and expecting a few things to end this sunday, so looking forward to that (rub hands in glee!)

I'm in free bingo at the moment but having no luck. However, my good gummy ads are tracking and I'm now up to 10 @ 30p and have just discovered that I may be able to double that up - won't know for sure for a couple of days but will let you all know if it works. Nothing more to report tonight but I'm sure I'll make it to £200 by midnight Saturday somehow...

    Every little helps Piquant.
Feel like I'm not getting anywhere very fast at the mo but keep reminding myself that things are coming next week. I had a bid almost instantly on one of my items so hopefully they'll all sell.
No luck here with the bingo either, surprise surprise! Off to do my scratchcard for the day...

EDIT: OH, OH, OH I'm back to say I'd forgotten I got £35 back for something over the weekend!!:j:T:jOh, and another £10 saved on petrol! Woohoo, I'm getting closer! :D Blimey, and £8.50 for one paid Ebay item - I keep forgetting everything! (I'm going to take my Ebay costs off monthly for ease).

  • Well finally some good news - still waiting for gas renewal to search for cheaper dual fuel option but had my home insurance renewal toay and tesco wanted to charge me £391.55 for the year! Needless to say I checked out moneysupermarket for a cheaper deal and suprise suprise I found one - £217.17 for the year [a massive £174.38 difference]. So I phoned Tesco and to cut a long story short they lowered my policy to £227.85 for the year and are going to give me 250 clubcard vouchers every month for 12 months which will add up to 3000 after a year [£30 or £120 in deals which is how I always use them]. So I have saved £163.70 which will be added to my total - I won't add the tesco vouchers as I keep them separate but £120 in clubcard deals will go such a long way - definitely worth the phone call and as I used saynoto0870.com it was free too as all landline calls are free hoorah big success for today!!
