I don't know why I do this to myself...I'm useless at challenges... but I could do with an extra £1000, certainly before Christmas...
I'm also going to use my pin money...so money I save on my grocery and fuel budget and also from using vouchers etc for presents. As well as cashback and any money earnt from mystery shopping and other odd bits of work.

FrankieM, you're not useless at challenges, you have made a start. Even if we only manage to raise an extra £100 between now and new year, it's £100 more than we would have had without trying that little bit harder :) Apart from that, it reminded me that on 1st December, I'll have my sealed piggy bank to open and count what's in there. ('Phil the Pig' is my avatar) plus I'll have whatever extra I have left over from the 4k challenge, if there's any.

  • Please count me in as well. I've pretty much sold everything that isn't nailed down over the last three months, but I have the money and tips from my part time job, Avon, surveys and a little bit of mystery shopping, so I WILL do it by New Years Eve!

got paid this morning for some ebay items so posted them and made £33.82 profit! so am off the mark.
  • My update is a big fat zero at the moment. I'm going to be sorting some things out to lis on ebay this week hopefully as I have to sort changing my address with paypal and ebay too. I was wondering can we count overtime at work as I'm only PT and sometimes get extra hours.

    Good luck to everyone :D

i am loving how i can whack everything on ebay for 99p, and i will be making a profit on its original cost

...off to check how much spurtles are selling for...

edited in - none on ebay! does that mean i can charge a premium as it is a rare item? :rotfl:

Ok, I'm off the starting grid!

    £6.00 in the pound pot

    AND

after reading some posts last night i remembered that last year i'd had an account with Onepoll so, after the rigmarole of having a new password sent to me because i'd completely forgotten it, i discovered that i had £27.40 in it. Wahey! :j

Have also listed a few things on Ebay, so, fingers crossed. Good luck everyone!

    hello everyone,
i was also wondering if we could count some overtime pay with this challenge?! im going to say i have £2 for this challenge as i gave some1 a lift and got £2. as well as their weekly payment to me. so yup £2 for me lol. im finding surveys hard most of them are saying you didnt qualify and then thats the end of the survey so hopefully that will get better!!
Due to budget cuts the light at the end of the tunnel will be switched off.
