Good evening everyone.
Its been a great day today. I received £40 worth of Tesco vouchers in the post this morning for signing up for car insurance. Plus I sold an item on Ebay today, paid for already giving me £26.07 profit. Yo yo yo!!! Well I am still motivated on day 1 - but I still have a total of £0!
I sent off for some survey money etc at the weekend so that should hopefully get me started, Iam going to try and do what I have before and put it all in a separate account, other wise it just gets spent! With vouchers I will keep them for treats but if funds allow pay that money into my account so I have a rising total... this may be a little hopeful
Tis good to hear there are people live and challenging off the mark already - but a manageable amount of pages at the mo! (although I am filling it up with useless drivel)
Well good luck all and may the challenging be with youDFW Nerd #1310 -
Completelylost, I think it was you that asked about Lloyds, they do take your change, just bag it up first.
^Thanks for replying. I know Abbey and a couple of other banks are funny about it y'see. I have bagged them all up into bags of 1ps and 2ps separately and will pay them in later in the week! Might need a trolley to push them though, as they're soooo heavy.
So far so bad for me, only made 90p from surveys today. Though I listed five ebay auctions yesterday & two have bids on already so I am still hopeful. I also have 6 BIN listings, waiting to be bought!0 -

Thanks.
It's the £2 coins savings addiction. I first found out about it here. Now I am totally hooked and cannot bring myself to spend one. Instead, I take them to the bank so they can stay safe.
Bails, so sorry I missed out your name! Like you said, it's the excitement of having you here on this challenge :rotfl: I THINK I have all the names now.
I have a bid in on the first of my eBid items and have now listed a couple more. Spent most of the night cleaning up my old laptop and playing about with that to check everything was working OK then listed it, too.I can't decide whether it's worth trying to advertise my old desktop computer or if I should just Freecycle it. What does anyone else do with old computers?
Looking forward to getting to grips with the free clicks and will be startuing that just as soon as I can. Also, our quarterly electricity bill is due in a couple of weeks and I have a budget for it based on last year's bill but have been extra vigilant regarding power consumption this year. If it's under my budget amount then I'll have the difference to add to my target! Fingers crossed on that one!Off to update post one again, catch you all tomorrow.
I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.
