Picked mine up in the larger Dixons just down the road from Victoria station. Guy there was very helpful and (the shame) recognised me from previous MSE finds (Logitech remote, Tungsten Satnav & camera). He said as he was scanning "don't tell me, let me guess, it will cost less than £30 and you found the details on the internet".
Handed over my very small bundle of notes, and walked away a happy man. Though still not sure whether to give to my 4 year old daughter, my wife, or just state I bought it for myself after all.
Visited Game in Victoria station, they are selling 5 PSone games (pre owned) for a tenner i.e. £2 each - bargain. Only snag is apart from a couple, most were very inferior games I wouldn't even pay 50p for!
Wonder if it's worth taking out the £30 coverplan, and spilling salty water on it in a few months time, graciously accepting a PS2 as a replacement under the insurance?
