  • I also have points missing from my last 2 online orders but as I have another order that has been posted out and due anytime will it be best to wait before I ring CS?

I would like to buy a Christmas present for the little boy who lives next door to me who was 3 last month and is what I would call a proper boy, but he is a bit distructful and not the type to look at books. The problem is I don't know what to get him as I am so out of the loop where children are concerned so I was wondering if you mums of 3 year old boys have any idea of what would be a good present for him. I would like to keep it down to £20, be a toy and not clothing. I did look in Boots yesterday but I was baffled. I did see that a lot of toys were on a 342.

10067986?wid=65&hei=83&op_sharpen=1 I have bought this for my 3 year old nephew and I know he is gonna love it. It is a Bob the Builder toolkit, all made of wood, so should last longer than a plastic one. It was £15 on .com, but I have also seen it in store

If you mean the Xmas Gift Guide, according to the Boots Sep/Oct mag it will be in store from 8 October.
  • I'm relatively new to this thread (and becoming addicted!). Sorry to sound stupid but I don't understand all of the abbreviations peeps use, eg:

    GWP
DD (at a guess - darling daughter?)
    HTH.

    Can anyone enlighten me, please?

My DS#2 was a real livewire too and found it hard to keep still, in fact he hasn't changed much at age 18.
The only thing that would have him concentrating for any length of time was Knex, he played with this stuff up until he was 15. I think Boots sell the Kids Knex range now that is suitable for age 3+. AFAIK the sets are interchangeable in the same way as Lego.

Well, really, you have been overcharged 2p, as 2 x £1.99, is £3.98, and if Lynx sprays are 2 for £4, they owe you 2p. I thought it was only Lynx sprays, not sure, so would need to check. If it is only Lynx sprays, you are being wrongly charged £4.
  • can anyone confirm if the boots laundry powder is actually non bio?
