I have £40 on my DH card and £30 on mine and noticed from a few orders the points have not been pending online nor are they in the machine, I check every other day. I purchased from .com 3 weeks ago and 4 orders since - no points, there should be around £30 pending. I don't want to phone up but may spend points today before I do. On .com you are allowed as many cards at the one address as long as its one per person. I will let Boots know that all the items will be returned if they don't honour the points,(well maybe not the 3 P+P gift sets at £8.xx that were £35 each) as I have another week to be inside the 28 days for return. I am not in the PC either. Is anyone else waiting on points?0

I called an d complained about missing points yesterday. They are now pending. However, they were for an order that I couldn't get to go through online, and when I did the order by telephone the woman didn't put my card against the order. grrrr!
They are showing as pending now though - I think you're best to call them.Save me from spending...

FWIW my opinion is phone them. I have had to phone them twice in the past few week to get the points added and one of the orders contained the R&M brush glitch. Neither time did the CS rep mention what was in the order. They are all aware that there is a problem with the points being added from .com orders, so they should just add them automatically. You will probably need to tell them your order numbers though.

I would like to buy a Christmas present for the little boy who lives next door to me who was 3 last month and is what I would call a proper boy, but he is a bit distructful and not the type to look at books. The problem is I don't know what to get him as I am so out of the loop where children are concerned so I was wondering if you mums of 3 year old boys have any idea of what would be a good present for him. I would like to keep it down to £20, be a toy and not clothing. I did look in Boots yesterday but I was baffled. I did see that a lot of toys were on a 342.0 -
Yeah, know what you mean, belle - think I have lost me boosting mojo since the till spit and pinkies, nothing has topped that
So.......if any ladies would be kind enough to post their shopping I would be most grateful as I won't be going to boots for a whileTreasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club
