to be honest had a sniff of the testers in boots and my dd2 said that one of them smelt like nail varnish remover!! she wasn't wrong. but the smell did fade quite quickly.Oh what a shame as it was a good glitch I hope the lucky ladies ( and men ) who got it aren't disappointed:oThis is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. I hope so too, it wasn't our cup of tea but others may love it- juicy couture perfume is awful IMO but I know others who love it.Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the world together."

Oh what a shame that the No7 electricals glitch has been busted
Really hope I (and others) do get our .com orders now. I had an email saying my order had been dispatched yesterday aternoon, with a HDN reference, so fingers crossed.
Re the Advantage Card Police - my daughter (13) really wants to get an AC of her own but I'm a bit wary now. Obviously I have a card and I got one for H too (mostly for offers from the ACM) but it's never been used so has no points on it. I'm worried we may be pushing our luck by getting daughter one too because that will then be 3 cards at the same address
I'm thinking maybe she should register her's at my mum & dad's address - what do you think?

ETA: Oh and after me complaining about the JF Elite club, what should turn up in post but my JF club membershipMy vouchers have pics of products on the front, so do you have to redeem them from those products or can it be any?
I used them in Waitrose to buy parmesan2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
I used them in Waitrose to buy parmesan
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Well, thats newI was just worried b/c I would actually like to use them for 342 JF products in Boots and you know what SAs are like...if they see a pic on the front they assume you HAVE to have that product for it to be used. Just wondered if anyone had used the 342 on JF and the coupons? And did the SA comment? :rotfl: :rotfl:

i would NOT call CS unless it was absoloutly necescesary ...i phoned a few weeks ago as the store had overcharged me on a camera ..and yesterday i went into a store and my adv card came up as invalid ...i phoned cs and they said my card had been cancelled ...not by me ... TODAY i got a letter from head office saying the card at my address had been cancelled
only had mines , 1 for my dad 1 for my partner ....but only used the one ...as my partner always forgets to use his and my dad is housebound and anything i get for him is put on my card ...unless the rare occasions hes out and wants toiletrires
...they said boots routinely moniter the adventage card and parenting club membership t check it complies with t&C's we have noted that multiple applications for the boots pc had been made from the above address ..i for me and i for my partner ..
.i had 3 kids in over 7yrs i been with boots the letter then goes onto say that you are only allowed 1 application per child and because there were more than this partner and me had booth registered teh two youngest ...the scheme is not being used as it was intended ..and cancelled all advantage cards at theis address and not allowed to make anymore applications to the Advantage card scheme .... will be phoning them on monday to find out why as i anyting i have bought in the store was paid for in cash and bought legitatmetly apart from the 1500 points on the two oral b toothbrushes....
just a warning to anyone else with higher points and multiple accounts they must be checking up since they changed the site over ...i had saved m points to use towards christmas gifts and now have a card with 27+ pounds which i cant use .... and very rarely called cs
this is exactly the letter i had 2 months ago when they made up lies about me and i wasnt even a member i lost 521.00 if any one else has lost points like this please pm me and we will see waht we can do if we all unite0 -

ETA: Won't be able to try it for a couple of weeks though, so will 342 still be on then?
ETA2: Is the 1/3 off certain perfumes in store as well as online? Because they have CK Crave (its for men, so maybe a good OH xmas pressie) for £13.61 online...which means if it was instore, you may be able to get it for £8.61 with the £5 off fragrance voucher?
I used mine the other day (and another set turned up this morning:j )I got 3 4 2 and used all 3 vouchers in one transaction. I didn't buy the products in the pics, but there is a list of products on the back of each voucher that you can choose from.
heatherks, so sorry to hear your AD card was cancelled. This appears to be happening more often. It might be a good time for peeps to cancel their PC membership if both parents (living at the same addy) are members...Just a thought.
No mirrors for me today either:( If only that SA who served me yesterday hadn't been there I would've taken the mirrors upstairs to pay (that was the plan!), as my favourite SA was up there:mad: oh well, I only wanted 1 mirror anyway. For DD, as she keeps taking mine to her room:rolleyes: If I bought 1 at 19.99, would I still be able to use both electrical vouchers, leaving 9.99 to pay?
I spent the grand total of 6p in boots today:rotfl:yeah!!! I found johnsons top to toe at 1p, so got 6. Still quite a few left so might get more on wednesday. 99p on SEL. Big thanks to the op:T0 -

DD and I both have AD cards. Hubby doesn't want one:rolleyes: like you, we have them for the ACM offers. I don't think you will have any problems. It's dual memberships to the PC boots seem bothered about.0
