  • Mornin all!

question: what's going to happen for all those who still owe money to Lloyds /TSB and fled to Halifax or BOS to start a new basic current account?????

On a very sad note, please check out this blog:

A very good friend of mine in the USA grew up with this lady
I know the family would appreciate some messages & comments of support from this side of the world.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • I took DS to school only to find out they are shut as the area has a power cut, now il have to keep him occupied all day.Little DS has a cold so is in a foul mood and wants to watch Aunty Mabel and Pippin all day.
I have a mountain of work to do, staff rotas and revision for a course next week.Im not going to get any of it done.
Never mind the sun is shining and the washing is out.
  • morning everyone, just read the blog on linda's post..what great folk in such a sad situation.

I've just been to the doctors for a letter to let me use a computer in my OU exam and he wouldn't give me one. He says that as there's a charge the procedure is for the university to contact them for it and that way they have to pay and not me. So I'm waiting for disability services to ring me back to find out what I do now, the forms say that it's up to me to get a letter and send it in. And the exam's only a month away eek, hope it gets sorted in time.

And this afternoon I'm going to be interviewed by the BBC!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Morning....uggghhhh, I'm poorly too - got bird flu.

Going to try and avoid as much housework as possible and just cuddle up to Natasha (who has it too) all day!
