Has anyone used eith the Northwood MOT centre at Stoke or Direct Services, Pyms Lane, Crewe.

Both on the council run list.

Thinking of suggesting one to my son who is about to take his car for its first MOT, due the end of the month.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a test centre in Shrewsbury or near Shrewsbury at all? I would rather go to a council MOT centre, but don't want to travel out of Shropshire really. Any help is much appreciated.

Harriers MOT centre, Kidderminster 01562 823656.

They just do MOT's and I found them very honest, passed my 2000 Fiesta, with a warning the exhaust was corroding, but suggested I leave it until spring to change it so the salt on roads doesn't corrode new one.

The test is £35 too - bargain
