Also looking for Council centres is Stirling/Falkirk/Clackmannanshire? Surely all the council vehicles don't go all the way to Glasgow or Edinburgh?

Whiteinch MOT Centre offer excellent value for money. Unlike most commercial traders in the UK, following the European model, they don't offer repairs and have no financial incentive to fail a car, although they do operate to the highest safety standards. They are situated in the west end of Glasgow, near Partick and Scotstoun, at 636 South Street- 0141 954 0983. They test cars, vans, limousines, three wheelers, trikes and motorcycle.
