I should not plant these ideas in your noggin though. :D

With a big grin as she does so haha! Oh dear I'm back again, work is just soo complicated and tedious I can only do it in small doses!

Might be making a detour to Asda tonight then, it IS sort of on my way home, I need some jumpers I'm freezing!

I know what you mean Cinny about getting seasick watching Nige - and the bit where she came down in her dressing gown pretending to be hungover, then rustled up a delicious and nutritious 'salve' - I can barely make a cup of tea! But anyway, she is now my Celebrity Chef of choice. I watched my former-future-husband Jamie straight after and he did nothing for me - no sumptuous colours and soft focus - pah!

    Er, right, back to work...

I've just got my payslip and I've had a realisation. After tax, student loan, pension etc I get £1601 per month (slight wibble depending on milage). If I put this aside every month that would be near as makes no difference my 20k for the year. However I need around £650 per month to live on, so, when I look at it like this it isn't so bad, I only need to make £650 per month to achieve my target. It's tough, but it's do-able. Mentally this is quite a powerful tool too - anything I spend I need to make back again!

    :T

I was thinking I might manage £5-6k, but that's mostly saving rather than making money - I haven't got your energy levels for that!

Lol no after the complete dogs dinner I managed to make of what I thought was some sort of confused attempt to make me feel better and was in fact him being genuine, resulting in me breaking his heart and not even realising I'm in all honesty not sure if that's ever going to be happening again. He is just not in that place anymore and I'm terrified of the whole concept. I never used to want to get married, and then for a brief time with him I did, and now the more I think about it the more it just seems like another way for me to fail. The whole thing kills me now as I know how much I hurt him, and a relationship doesn't really go forward from that point. He's retreated into himself emotionally and it feels like the relationship is only 90% of what it once was, and it was simply incredible and I was happier than I've ever been, and now its incredible but all dented and scarred and held together with gaffa tape and I spend more time worrying than being happy because it's my fault it is this way.

Anyway, completely none sensical ramble there, I love Nigella too, although if I made her stuff too often I would be completely spherical.

The jumpers are quite good Tete, I tried on a non-reduced one, but it was far too clingy across my chest in a 10, looked like I had vacuum packed my own bust, and the 12 just looked shapeless on me.

Asda do the nicest, fluffiest dressing gowns ever, I'd get one of those! Balls to cardies, once I get home I put that on (See how classy I am?) I look a right pudding with a massive top and these little legs sticking out the bottom followed by some oversized uggs, I look like a polar bear who's shaved it's legs, but I'm warm!

Really banking on my family getting me lots of smellies ect for christmas and being able to get a good clothes haul in the sales to last me most of the year at a fraction of the price that way I cut out alot of my spending and save quite abit. I was going to cut the 20,000 down to 10,000 but I'll keep it at 20,000 and make jokes when it's 2010 and I've saved about 3p.

Glad I bought those presents, I got given a massive soap and glory gift set from management (technically Dad, My uncle and grandparents)

Home now, no work for 17 days, going to leave my alarm on for tomorrow morning so I triumphantly turn it off and go back to sleep... thinking about it though...17 days? I'm going to be so bored.

Lol I would never get bored off work, certainly not in 17 days! Went into town and got the few bits for my auntie, and some extortionately expensive cards just so I can put the booking confirmation in for family, and one dof auntie and one for OH, even though he apparently hates cards (I sent him one just to tell him he was special a few months ago, now I feel a twit!). Also treated myself to a ball of wool (wild I know!) so I can start knitting while I have time off, simple to do and might kick start me back into being creative. Plus it helps circulation which is great as I wear fingerless gloves 24/7! Do you think they'll let me take my knitting needles on the plane?!
