Hi Dinah! I've missed you, it's been quiet around here! Gladto hear the holiday was nice, I don't really know if I fancy Egypt, if the people are anything like they were in Tunisia (pushy and touchy and horrible!) I want to stay well away!

Exactly like that Birdie. Drove me mad, now I'm normally a calm guy but I started developing homocidal tendancies, also thought I'd have to fight a group of like 4 camel handlers as one of them put hands on D and they got aggitated that I wouldnt give them near £20 for putting her on a camel and then getting it moving when I told them not to. Plus they dont go away when you tell them your not interested 20 times.

Oh god cinny dont talk about careers around me!! I finish uni in two months and i still cant make my mind up what i want to do!

I know that feeling flower. As you guys know I did the law degree but as I was coming to the end I knew the sector was contracting majorly and that I wouldnt have any work in it but wouldnt admit it to myself. Its a nightmare to figure out what to do but to be fair I think it was the best thing that could ever have happened to me as I didnt have to go into the profession and left me find where I wanted to be. Just sit back and relax and you should get hit in the back of the head with what should be your career.

I think that thought got away from me a little bit.

Glad you feel better about your decision Tete, NIM summed up our decision to move the savings to pay the debts as 'what price do we put on that bit less hassle and stress' and he's right, to be less stressed its worth £60 to us, and if you feel better for making your 2 decisions, then they're the right ones.

Sorry guys I didnt realise that there was a thank you button, apparently I've been doing it intermittently without realising it. So I'm going to let you lot decide. I am definitely going to start doing it all the time from now on, but if 3 or more of you tell me to then I will go back to page one and thank every poster for every post on the entire thread.

I hope it does! I've been really stressing about it recently. But a long talk with my mum a few days ago put things in perspective. I have got my whole life to work towards a career so what does it matter if i just take a year out doing any job i can get?
But then on the other i have my dad in my ear with 'what have you gone to uni for 3 years for to get any old job'.

Sometimes i really do feel like people dont remember how young i am, but i guess thats because i have acted alot older than alot of other people my age. Im at least a year younger than most other people who are finishing uni as i started school a year earlier than everyone else.

I've been living in a flat paying my own way with my boyfriend for a year n a half now. I've always had a part time job supporting myself whilst at uni and now there is this big pressure to get some high paid job with lots of prospects. Sometimes i just feel like shouting from the rooftops DONT FORGET IM ONLY 20!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

    Anyway rant over :D:D

Ooh what do we think girls, as punishment for not propsing to 'our' Dinah?? :p

Exactly Dinah, if you're only losing £60 in interest or however you've worked it out, definitely do it, it'll be a new start! So is payday D-Day then?

Well said that girl. Off you go NIM.

Payday is D day, but we have paid off the CC tonight, but there is no point trying to work anything else out right now.
