Lol. I'm on comfort food again. Have eaten a fat free bioactivia yogurt, a box of blueberries, and only half my chinese turkey steak and rocket sandwich as it's too complicated for an ill person. Living off cups of elderflower tea today.

Can tell I'm ill as was tempted to buy myself that expensive piece of jewellery - the jewellers in town has a 50%+ sale on, and 1 carat diamonds are £375, they are a girls best friend after all :rotfl:

Lol he's applied for a volunteer job, the only jewellery I'm expecting from him for a while is from a cracker! To be fair though he did get me a stunning gold and silver bracelet for Christmas. My friend at work wears diamond studs every day, looks very smart. I'm not an earing girl but an elegant pendant wouldn't go amiss. Although I wear a silver cross everyday and wearing both migh tbe a bit bling!

Just received EagerLearners guide to daily clicks, might have to add that to my to do list for tonight, although logic would say leave it for the weekend. I'll see how I feel.

Reminder to self: Email CE referals for MS companies tonight!

It is yes, giving advice at the CAB. It's law related and would let him get some experience. He's applied to the one where I work, he needs to get a part time shop/call centre/other job first though before he can move over as he can't live on thin air!

He should get something in a call centre no probs, they're everywhere round here. I think Garlands are constantly recruiting in Boro and Hpool, there's Barclaycard in Stockton, Npower at Peterlee...? Or has he tried NRG for temp work at the uni, they're usually looking I think and it's how I got my job?

I had forgotten Garlands. I'll get him to call them, I'm not sure if he'd pass barclaycard's credit check being in the UK under 1month, not being a home owner, not having a UK bank account, not having any credit record etc! I'll hunt NPower though.

I didn't realise you had to have a credit check to work for them! He'll get something no probs - when my friend moved over from Ireland she had a job within a week, they've got the gift of the gab haven't they?

Cinny are you finished work already?! Wah!
