  • Morning Luc, and everyone else :)

Sorry you're feeling a bit rubbish today Lucifa :grouphug: me too - I have a stinking cold and my throat huuuuurts... dragged myself in because I'm new but am really hoping someone notices me coughing away here in the corner and tells me to bog off home.

Failing that I'm going to do as I'm told and visit H&M at lunchtime for a cheaper version of what I bought yesterday - and I have a 20% off voucher for signing up to their newsletter! :money:

BB I hope you are feeling a bit better about teaching today, please try to remember that it's adults you will be dealing with, who will be understanding and sympathetic if they know you're new to it - you're human and allowed to make mistakes - but I bet you won't anyway! :)

Right, I had better look busy - another trouble of a new job, it takes ages before you really know what you are doing

    Morning all

Luc - I had proper sickness this morning so not feeling too great. Decided to spread the misery and come into work - though if it continues or gets worse I'll not be so noble!

Plasterers came round and fixed up LBs room yesterday - they've removed all the polystyrene ceiling tiles, reboarded and skimmed the walls - just need them to dry out then I can get the skirting boards replaced and finally the witless git (nephew) can come and paint it and earn some money to pay board and lodgings to his nana. Final phase will be new carpet and furniture in there (guess I'd better get some curtains as well!

DD - hope someone takes pity and tells you to go home and get better.

unfortunately had a major meltdown after logging off last night, it all got a bit overwhelming and I think even OH was a bit concerned as he gave me a hug!!

Still feeling shaky and a bit teary but I'm going to keep moving forward. I know i'm getting stressed though as I put milk in a glass rather than in a bowl this morning!

    anyway, must dash.
