Paypal need confirmation of delivery not confirmation of it being sent.
If items are over £36 then i suggest you send via recorded or special delivery to protect yourself.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

You will lose the paypal claim as you can't prove delivery. However you can then reclaim your losses from the Royal mail by using your proof of postage asusming item was less than £36.

You sound like one of these seller who state "I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post". Well you can and you are. Refund your buyer same paypal the effort and move on!
