Exactly what I would have put down except I read the title of this thread "What Men Want For Xmas for under £75 bargain"

Also, if people want this, they have virtually no chance of getting it before the new year at a very minimum!

  • Yes, also realised that after posting, so sorry about that! :D

I pre-ordered mine quite a while ago, so will hopefully be receiving it before Christmas.

We should also have a quality-HDTV hunt. ;)

waaaayyyy over budget. but OH has got the samsung HDTV that they are using to dispaly the xbox 360 for £830 for the 32 inch. a very generous present if you were buying it for him (although i'm most certainly not!)
the toshiba WL56 gets good reviews and comes in at a similar price, but doesn't have component inputs that the 360 has.
  • My dad's got everything, so I bought him a goat. No not for the garden, but one to go to some African village. I was going to get it from Oxfam, but found that World Vision's goats were a lot cheaper! They are only £13 and you get to choose a gift card and personalise it. Free postage too - can't go wrong. You could buy a whole herd for £75. At least a goat won't be shoved in a drawer, never to see the light of day again, and it is a worthy cause.

When I'm a bit flush I'll buy him a donkey for £50 (Oxfam).
