its a good offer and woth 50p of anyones money, im sure i read in one of todays paper that they reckon youll save a minimum of £45 a year on your electric if you switch to these type of bulbs over the old type.
Incase anyone needs different types of bulbs and is looking for energy saving types ive found wilkinsons to be really good for the range they keep, lots of different shapes, sizes and strengths, probably the best range ove seen of energy saving bulbs in any shop!0 -

Although not as great as the Morrisons deal, if you cannot get hold of them, you may want to dry Dunelm.
They are selling Osram 8w (40w) and 11w (60w) 10 year energy saver light bulbs for 29p each!
Found these in the Hinckley store.0 -
From Monday, 20 October 2008, Liddl also is selling 5 energy saving lightbulbs for 50p. They are the Philips branded ones and are the equivalent of a 60 Watt lightbulb.
This is an offer from their 'Inflation Busters' leaflet, so the offer most likely will expire after a week or so.0 -
Inefficient light bulbs are disappearing from shops; they will be replaced by energy saving light bulbs. Energy saving light bulbs is compact, bright and available in a wide range of shapes - so the only difference you'll notice is a drop in your electricity bills.0

Strange reply after so long??
Don't believe the hype, these bulbs are going to give people headaches, they give off a horrible light in my opinion.
It is just another scam.
The person that came up with the idea will be someones brother in laws auntie, who is the cousin of the prime ministers nephews girlfriends mate!0
