Asda Credit Card service - online/phone

I've had an Asda Credit Card for about 2 months, this is underwritten by GE money. The online service is terrible, half the time the site doesn't work and usually breaks half way through using it.

I can never get through using the phone numbers provided and give up after 10 minutes as it is an 0870 number. I've tried using the online ticketing system which they say they respond to within 24 hours, but it's been 3 days now, and still no response.

Any one else had similar problems? I only use the card for petrol as I claim the 2p off per litre.

my hubby has an asda cc and we have had nothing but problems we are paying it off asap its not worth the 2p fuel reduction ! GE MONEY are just pond life !!

Never had any problems with my ASDA card, website worked every time i have used it, balance updates fast, payments show the next days i like it

If I used my card tonight to buy petrol, it takes about 3-4 days to show up on the website that there has been a transaction.

Similarly with payments, takes a few days to register on the website.

I,m happy with my Asda card i also have no problems using card or paying online via website. Just hope my new tesco card works fine or i,ll not be a happy bunny

if you took out the insurance just hope you never need it cos they cancell it and dont pay out !!

I've never had a problem with my Asda card.I use it for all monthly spends and pay it off each month.My only gripes are that the internet site is atrocious and the voucher limit you can achieve is capped to £30.I achieved this two months ago so by November when they pay out I could of achieved double that if it was'nt capped.I do think that's a bit unfair.Otherwise everything is fine.

The only issue I seem to have is not being able to log in using IE7. When I do so I get the screen 'unauthorized access'.

I can only log in using Firefox. Other than that I've had no problems - use it for Asda shopping only as it's the nearest supermarket for me but the nearest Asda with a petrol station is too far away to warrant using it.
