Have I left it too late to make my christmas pudding???
I've finally managed to get all ingredients together, but should it have been done weeks ago?

I would say go for it ......
It's never too late to make a Christmas pudding, on the grounds that you make several, and they keep ... and keep ... and keep.

We always have one at Easter, and sometimes an old one the next Christmas even if new ones have been made.

Not sure, but I'm tempted to answer "only if you get them into the freezer before they're all eaten ..."

  • Thanks a lot. Looks like the general consensus is yes, but need to wrap them individually. Guess I won't know for sure until I try....

    hello!

Both DH and I have bought lots of russet apples, not knowing the other had too! Can I use these in the same way as cooking apples, as no way we can eat them all? e.g. could I make apple crumble etc?

    Thanks

    too many comps..not enough time!
