Yeah I agree, according to Companies House phonebox direct ('MOBILE MEDIA SYSTEMS LIMITED') are a small company, (and as such must have a turnover of not more than £1 million; and have a balance sheet total of not more than £1.4 million) they have been around since May 2002 a little under 4 years. If they have been doing anything in this time you would have thought it would be long enough to acquire some feedback, I don’t think they can have been doing it very long, despite the fact that the domain was created in Jan 2001.

Had three mobiles in the family last year.......just coming to their end now.
Two with cpwand one with clubmobile.
CPW have been excellent with their cash back.
Clubmobile have had all the bills sent at exactly the right times and have yet to pay me...ie I'm owed three cashbacks .
I've e-mailed them. Used their live chat thing, where you get to type to one of their people , who types back and promised early replies.........Nothing !
Anyone else having problems with Clubmobile ?

I was looking on their site again today and note that they have now added to their terms and conditions page:

Within the cashback section they now provide a clear illustration of which bills they would expect on their 2,3 or 5 claim offers. Clearly a move in the right direction which other retailers could learn from - perhaps they have noted comments on this forum?

Thank you but I did mean to link to the terms and conditions, as without that, the payment matrix is taken out of context.

You have linked through to the 5 payment matrix (which suits some of the larger cashbacks) which will help people go direct.

Phoneboxdirect.com is now in administration. It looks unlikely that cashback payments will be forthcoming. :mad:
