    Hi,

Not posted since June and the clutter is getting worse instead of better, so am going to try again!!

    During the last week -

In - Paint for decorating the living room.

    Out - Old broken printer.
    Old bills and letters.
Broken kitchen cupboard - removed and ready to take to the tip.
4 bags of books ready to take to the charity shop.
Lots of old files from my time at university.

Sorted - Two shelving units with all my craft bits and bobs - sorted and now stored in the shed.

My plan is to try to have a half hour 'fling' each night from now until Christmas.

I'd pretty much announced myself finished with the de-cluttering, only to have plenty to tackle again. This is partly cos we have now partly done the sheds/garden/attic which I hadn't included before (cos they are mainly hubby's domain- as in he dumps them there they don't ness belong to him!), partly cos DD has 'outgrown' a lot of stuff like books and toys, partly cos I was 'dumped on' by a friend:rolleyes: (see a prev post) and partly cos I currently have a lot less time, smething that is going to have to be looked at in the New Year.

I also decided when the seasons turned too get rid of this years summer stuff for the kids, prev I've saved it all winter to find it doesn't fit the fllowing spring so this year it's gone.:D

Since my earlier post I've also added a couple more kids items and a blanket to give to school (re a recent request).

DH is going to take some extra mugs to work so they can throw out their chipped ones.
  • Out: An entire box of rubbish, including the box itself, and a faded top that's so bad it can only be used as rags.
