Sian - yes i was thinking of having up to 8 flavours and doing like you say so much each and so many for a pound i got 24 from my mixture

    i was thinking

    plain with choc chips
    choc with white choc chips
    toffee and pecan
    cherry and almond
    ginger and stem ginger
    cinnamon and raisin
    date and walnut
    white choc and cranberry
    smarties/m&m

I better find out how much a stall is....I did also think about hot sweet waffles with toppings too ??

so if i can squeeze 25 out of the mixture and charge 25p or 5 for £1 that would mean £5 return(min) per batch not a bad return really for a couple hours work

Love the cookie stall idea Shaz- I think it is a fab one. Definitely worth getting some nice bags to put them in if that doesn't cut into your profits too much.

BTW I think you could easily push the price to 30p per cookie or 4 for £1 to nudge your profit up a bit. Very interested to know how it goes.

:rotfl: ..well I guess he did that by using your tumbledryer .....as in drying his nappies. So - I guess he needs to peg them on the line to dry naturally and he might not be so "expensive" in that respect...;):D

I have to say I agree, though that is totally not what I said earlier, I made about 27 from a batch just now so I think, judging on how many you got, it would be worth charging more, especially if people can pick their own selections. I think if you go in a lovely clean fabric apron, with some nice tongs and some pretty table cloths you can easily charge 4 for £1, I want to come help now, I love those cookies, they are so easy! I made some with some baking stork today and they were still very good, couldn't stop the housies stealing them :)
