    :kisses: here is a demonstration of weezl and I - Ferg is in the middle, although has a serine and gentle smile (Broader ones will follow me thinks!) and he isnt green! Hows my best boy weezl and his mummy?!

    Yay bank holiday!! My budget is doing ok although some adjustments may need to be made within categories!! (Ie, surprise surprise the craft budget is somewhat lacking in funds while fun budget doing well but was dented by wine and meal out today! Was good and shared pudding though :o!) ..lovely to have people back...have missed you all while weezl brain diminished, although Ferg definately worth it...I could just squidge him to death (not literally!) IYKWIM :D!

    Sian, hiya :) here's a recipe, but maybe it needs scaling down as it made 4 jam jars worth!

    sundried tomato houmous


    250g dry weight chick peas, soaked boiled and simmered
    1 jar asda sun dried tomatoes- use the lovely oil they come in to blitz with the chick peas...
    2 cloves garlic
    3 tbspns lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    sunflower/vegetable/olive oil approx 100ml more depending on the end consistency you want!

    Hi guys not sure when just waiting and hoping its after exams and before term starts again in september i have an anaesthetic phobia which is not helping?

    Having a go at date scones anyone know if the dates need soaking first cant help think they might be a little dry otherwise??

    I would soak them...dont worry canido this (yes you can!) you can subscribe to the thread! If you go to the top of the page theres a dropdown "thread tools" option; click subscribe to this thread and do no email notification (or you get an email every time someone posts and it drives ya nuts and bungs up inbox!) and away you go when you lo on just go to subscribed threads and you get your faves!
