Sounds like everyone is busy doing their half hour challenge! I'm just having a coffee break, as I didn't get a phone call, like sexymouse, so have no excuse not to do anything! This is what I have left on the list after flying since 9am:

Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Clear the mantel and only put back the items which are supposed to be there.. and that doesn't include letters, keys or other treasure! The only items on there, and they all belong to DS1, so he can do them!
Put all your hotspots in one pile and work your way through it.. Sigh...the pile behind the sofa is still there, I'll do a bit more today.
Have a bit of a tidy in the cupboard under the stairs. Sorry, can't face that.
Wash any cushions, throws or curtains that need it..Do you need your winter curtains up yet? I don't have any curtains at all!! Must get OH to put up pole

Tuesday Trauma - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level Two
Clean the fridge.. get rid of all those furry things growing in corners! Will do Friday or Saturday when practically empty
Clean out your mankiest kitchen cupboard.. maybe...
    Extra Mission : help yourself
    1. Run the WM through 'clean cycle'.. hottish wash with a splosh of vinegar, soda crystals bleach.. whatever you fancy just clear those pipes of gunge!

    2. Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET emptied daily, but can't face dismantling it (it's one of those fitted cupboard ones) for washing today - it is always lined with a plastic bag
I may go down to the allotment for a bit, either soon or after lunch. I also have to get a few bits in Sainsbury's. Maybe I'll just have another coffee, do the shopping and then garden!

beany - was thinking of you yesterday. I had to go to my uncle's funeral last Tuesday, but without the travelling. That was a really long day for you all, you must feel shattered today! Try and fit in some 'me' time!
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be

Looking in the cupboard next to the one I've just cleaned out, I was shocked at how yucky it's got. I think I might clean that one out too - it's amazing how things above eye level get missed out, and not being very tall, that's why my top units aren't the tidiest. I've just been standing on a chair to do one, so can see lots now.

I had planned to do one cupboard a week so that they all get done, but may as well do more if I'm feeling motivated. I guess I'm not going anywhere this afternoon either as it would be very short notice if I were.

Off to do this cupboard before I talk myself into having a break.

    Afternoon all

One load of washing on the line. Vacuumed the stairs and right through downstairs. Cleared up some bits on the garden. And, most importantly, watched Corrie from last night ;)

Ha ha, I'd love to read that assignment - maybe you should copy and paste it on here for us once you've done it... :rotfl:

If you can use word, you can use powerpoint - and it's great fun - you can be like homer simpson and do "starwipes" :rotfl: :rotfl: once you've done it, you can play with the timer too - first one I ever did, I started talking and the next page came up, totally threw me, coz I was a page behind and I had to re-start it - I tend to just click to the next one now and do it in my own time...:o

Can't be difficult.. DD1 could use it from being about 7.. and I am 7 now so... I'll be ok.. and what I get stuck on she can help me!! :p

And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
