Pigpen - When I've been selling stuff, I've had snipers go off with between 5-9 SECONDS to spare. Which has been nice - something you think ain't selling does.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Valli - a sniper is someone who makes use of a sniping tool. They can use the snipe tool to say "I want you to bid x amount of money (with a max reserve of) on this item at y minutes/seconds before the auction is due to end". They can be set up days in advanceI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Hello everyone......(slinks in quietly)
I have been about but not IYKWIM. Got lots going on at the moment, mainly DHagain............ how rare is that.
Glad some of you are on about ebay. I bought something for the very first time today. It's all a bit of a minefield though.
I've decided that I really should start shifting some of my stuff so I'm gonna set it all up properly tomorrow and start listing. Might need a few pointers/help from all you lovely flylady ebayers.
Be back in a bit gotta put DD to bed.0 -
Evening ladies,
You all seem to have been very busy on the flying front today. Well done everyone!
It's all drama in this household tonight - just spent 40 minutes on hold to the council as the upstairs neighbour is locked out and there is a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling. The result of speaking to them is that they are not allowed to get a locksmith out to her as they are not allowed to force entry, and we will have to wait until she gets her keys back tomorrow from her sister up in London, who accidentally put them in her bag when she locked up. Luckily the water doesn't seem to be pouring through, but we now have a nice brown stain on our ceiling, which will need to be repainted again!
Anyway, at least we have now exchanged numbers with each other, so if anything like this happens again, at least I'll have a contact for her - I nearly didn't get hold of her, cos she was going to stay at her Mum's.
Just off to make sausages mash and beans now as it's far too late to make the planned meal (have swapped today with tomorrow).
I expect there is probably a new thread by now too.
